Ein schöner Erfolg unseres Schattenberichts:

In ihrem Abschlußbericht bemerkt die CEDAW-Kommission der UNO:
28. The Committee commends the consistent efforts against trafficking in
women by the State party, including its international cooperation efforts
and improvements in its legislation. The Committee also welcomes the
creation of a human trafficking division within the Vienna criminal court
staffed by a judge dedicated to trafficking cases. It is, however, concerned
at the continuing prevalence of trafficking in women and girls for
exploitation mainly for prostitution, and that the mandatory weekly health
tests for sex workers may not respect their human rights to privacy and
bodily integrity.

29. The Committee calls upon the State party to review the mandatory
character of the health tests for sex workers so that they comply with the
International Guidelines on HIV/AIDS and Human Rights of 2006.

Die Zwangsuntersuchung ist somit nicht nur "bedenklich" (Punkt 28.), sondern Österreich ist aufgerufen den Zwang bei dem Untersuchungsangebot fallenzulassen um den internationalen Leitlinien zu HIV/AIDS und Menschenrechten gerecht zu werden (Punkt 29.)
